🔄 Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for choosing Elite Minerals & Gems Pte Ltd. We take great pride in the quality of our natural specimens and jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day Return/Exchange window from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To ensure a smooth process, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original state, and in the same packaging as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Exclusions: * Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings are strictly non-returnable.
    • Discounted, Sale, or Auctioned items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Exchanges Work

  • One-Time Exchange: Each item is eligible for a return or exchange only once.
  • Price Differences: * If you exchange for a higher-priced item, the customer must pay the difference.
    • If you exchange for a lower-priced item, please note that the surplus amount is non-refundable.
  • Condition Check: Any items that are damaged or altered from their original state will not be accepted. Elite Minerals & Gems reserves the right to make the final decision on the condition of the item.

Refunds & Store Credit

Please Note: We have a strictly NO CASH REFUND policy.

  • Store Credit: Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund in the form of Store Credit only. This credit can be used for any future purchase in our gallery.
  • Fees: If your original order qualified for Free Shipping, a deduction for administrative and original shipping costs will be applied to your store credit.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Safe Transit: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
